- Changes in the market: Fluctuations in the market, such as inflation, can also affect prices.
- Changes in regulations: Changes in regulations or policies, such as changes in tax rates, can also impact prices.
- Changes in scope: If the scope of the event changes, prices may also change. For example, if the number of attendees increases, additional services or resources may be required, resulting in a higher cost.
