As an event planning company, prices for services are subject to change based on various factors such as:

  • Availability and demand: If a venue or vendor is in high demand, their prices may increase.
  • Seasonal fluctuations: Depending on the season, prices for event services may fluctuate. For example, prices for venues and vendors may increase during peak wedding season.
  • Changes in the market: Fluctuations in the market, such as inflation, can also affect prices.
  • Changes in regulations: Changes in regulations or policies, such as changes in tax rates, can also impact prices.
  • Changes in scope: If the scope of the event changes, prices may also change. For example, if the number of attendees increases, additional services or resources may be required, resulting in a higher cost.
